Who is responsible
This website is run by an individual creator based in the United Kingdom. The operator's legal name and a dedicated contact address for data requests will be published here before the email list opens. Questions about this policy can be sent by a direct message to @thepranuthing on Instagram. This is a personal creator site, not a shop; it does not sell products or take payments.
What we collect and why
If you join The Little Edit email list, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, and the fact that you ticked the consent box together with the time you signed up. We use this only to send you occasional emails about outfit inspiration, beauty favourites and updates from THEPRANUTHING. The lawful basis is your consent, which is never pre-selected and which you can withdraw at any time.
To protect the form from abuse, the server also briefly notes the network address a sign-up request came from, purely to limit repeated attempts. This is held in memory only and is not linked to your subscription.
Who processes it
Subscriber details are stored with Resend, the email delivery provider that sends the emails. Resend acts as our processor and keeps your details until you unsubscribe or we delete them. See Resend's own privacy policy on resend.com for how they handle data, including any transfers outside the UK.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from future mailings straight away. You can also ask us to delete your details by a direct message to @thepranuthing on Instagram.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. No advertising or tracking cookies are set, and we do not use any other analytics or marketing scripts. The site stores one small value in your browser to remember that you have already seen the opening animation.
Sponsored and affiliate content
If any content on this site or on linked social accounts is sponsored, gifted or uses affiliate links, it will be labelled clearly in line with UK advertising rules.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, and withdraw consent. Send requests by a direct message to @thepranuthing on Instagram. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Retention
We keep subscriber details for as long as you remain on the list. Unsubscribed addresses are retained by the provider only as needed to honour your choice not to be emailed again.
Links to Instagram take you to a third-party service governed by its own privacy policy. This site does not embed an Instagram feed or load Instagram scripts.
